Shipping Policy
Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing and from 2-5 business days for your order to arrive, depending on your distance from our warehouses. If your product is covered by your insurance, your order cannot be shipped until we have obtained your prescription from your physician and a prior authorization if required. Professional Medical Corp does not ship on weekends or major holidays.
Orders under $75.00 will incur a $7.50 shipping charge. Most orders over $75.00 are shipped free to anywhere in the Contiguous United States. At this time, we only ship to these states.
Large, heavy items such as Lift Chairs or other large item will incur actual freight charges if you are beyond our delivery area of King, North Pierce, and South Snohomish counties in Washington State.
Orders must be shipped to a physical address, FedEx and UPS do not deliver to PO Boxes.
