MAC / TSOA Program
Washington State has recently introduced two new ways to support older adults who need help to live at home.
Medicaid Alternative Care (MAC)- for individuals who are eligible for Medicaid but not currently accessing Medicaid funded Long Term Services and Support.
Tailored Supports for Older Adults (TSOA)- for individuals "at risk" of future Medicaid funded Long Term Services and Support who do not currently meet Medicaid financial eligibility criteria.
As a MAC / TSOA provider we are able to work with your care manager to obtain necessary medical equipment and supplies that assist you in living safely and more independently in your home.
Items that we can assist with include:
- Bathroom Equipment such as shower chairs, hand held showers, transfer benches, raised toilet seats, grab bars
- Incontinence Supplies
- Reachers and other Adaptive Equipment
