Question: What if I’m interested in a product that isn’t listed on your website?
Answer: The products listed on our website are our most commonly supplied products, which can usually be shipped to you within 1-2 business days. However, if you are looking for a product and don’t find it here, please contact us. We have access to thousands of products. Some we may have in stock, or we may be able to order it especially for you.

Question: How do I place an order?
Answer: The easiest method to place an order, if you are paying privately, is to use our online ordering system. If you would like us to bill your insurance- in Washington state-  for the products, we will need all insurance information and a doctor’s prescription- which we will work with you to obtain. In this case please call us at (800) 741-3996 and ask for New Client Intake. Our customer service representative will answer any questions you might have and take your order request. (If you are paying privately, we accept checks, Visa or Mastercard.)

Question: How will I receive my order?
Answer: All items Professional Medical Corp offers are delivered to your home. For most items, delivery within our service area is complimentary.

Question: What insurances do you accept?
Answer: Professional Medical Corp is a contracted provider with Medicare and Medicaid and select other insurances.  Please contact us for more information.

Question: Can I try any of the products before I place an order?
Answer: Yes – we offer complimentary samples for many of our disposable products. Contact our customer service department to request your sample today.
